Who we are

Machflow is a software studio based in Nazareth, Israel, building custom websites, apps, automation, and internal systems. For any privacy question, email us at hello@machflow.io.

Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• Information you give us — when you submit the contact form, we collect your name and phone number, and optionally your email, the type of project you're interested in, and any details you add.
• Information collected automatically — basic technical data such as your IP address, device, and browser, plus aggregate, anonymous usage statistics. For analytics we use Plausible, a privacy-friendly tool that does not use cookies or track you across other sites.
• A small functional cookie that remembers your chosen language, so the language prompt doesn't reappear on every visit.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your enquiry and discuss your project — by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• Operate, secure, and improve the website, including preventing spam and abuse.
• Measure, in aggregate, how the site is performing.

Advertising measurement

On the live site we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. When you submit the contact form, a hashed — irreversible — version of your email or phone number may be sent to Meta to match a conversion. You can limit or opt out of this through your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, or your browser's privacy controls.

Who we share it with

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to run the site and handle enquiries — we do not sell your data or share it beyond what is needed to provide these services:

• Vercel — website hosting.
• Supabase — secure storage of contact-form submissions.
• Telegram — an internal notification to our team when you submit the form.
• Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — advertising measurement, as described above.
• Plausible — privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics.

Data retention

We keep contact-form submissions only as long as needed to follow up with you and for our business records, and we delete them sooner on request.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Just email hello@machflow.io and we will take care of it.

Security

Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Children

The site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above, and significant changes will be reflected on this page.
